Parent Practice

We had a visitor today! Miss Emma came over while her mom got stuff together for her 2nd birthday party. She is "sho excited!" about her Minnie Mouse cake!

We kept VERY busy - we watched Mickey Mouse and the new Special Agent Oso on TV, played catch in the living room, and played a little hide-and-seek. We ate a few marshmallows and drank A LOT of orange juice, sat on the porch and watched Dusty in the yard (and clapped for Win when he caught the ball). Emma also loves to tell Win "No bark!" She also knows we will let her sit in the computer chair at our house, so we youtubed MANY of her favorite TV characters.

We had a lot of fun and E was on her very best behavior! We think we could do this parenting thing with our eyes closed (at least for a couple of hours, anyway!).
