It's a....

We have been tempted by this envelope since Tuesday at around 11:30. Not opening it to find out the gender of Baby #2 was HARD!!!!!

Last night, we had a gender reveal for our close family. We had Angelique, the sweet lady that did our gender ultrasound, to call Publix with the gender info. 

We picked up the cake on the way to CC. Most of the family cast their votes before we cut the cake. 

Here we go!

It's a BOY!!!!!!

19 Weeks

(Please excuse our appearance. Avery Claire's hair is wet, we were headed to dry it, and in anticipation of her falling asleep doing so, I had to get a picture in.)

How Far Along: 19 weeks

Size of baby: Baby #2 weighs about 8.5 ounces and is about 6 inches long from head to bottom. 

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  Around 8 lbs

Maternity Clothes: I'm officially in all maternity pants/shorts. Although my Nike shorts, rolled and pushed down, have gotten a lot of use this past week!

Gender: We had an ultrasound Tuesday and we had a reveal party Wednesday. Check other posts for that news!

Movement: Yes! This baby is a mover! Dusty even got to feel one kick last night.

Sleep: I've been sleeping great! I even sleep through the night some nights! 

Cravings:  Hmmmmm.....I can't say anything in particular. I could still eat Bojangles every day.

Symptoms: The acne, still. And I've eaten a fourth to a half of a bottle of Tums this week. Heartburn has set in. 

Best Moment this week: Finding out Baby's gender!!!

Summer Kicks Off

We had the perfect summer kickoff weekend! I got my anchors for my front doors, which I love!

This chick spent lots of time in the pool. 

And took her quite the Saturday afternoon nap! That was my spot beside her.

She's had a little summer cold, so we skipped church to avoid spreading germs and spent the morning cleaning! I got baseboards and fans cleaned, all of the clothes washed, floors vacuumed, and we even grilled for lunch! I fixed Avery Claire's plate and she asked "what did we have for lunch?" She was very confused by the fact that I cooked for lunch. That's sad, I know. They're just lucky anything gets cooked around here at all!!

Tonight, we relaxed and watched cartoons. Summer couldn't have gotten off to a better start! And the dreaded "summer cleaning" is over!!!
