Yesterday, Avery Claire met Santa for the first time. He was not such a jolly old soul, but whatever he said to her made her laugh...she loved him. And, surprisingly, she did not touch his beard. He better be glad she didn't have a couple of more minutes in his lap. I'm sure she would have checked to see if that beard was real (it was, if you're wondering).
She was amazed by him, as you can see, but I wish the "photographer" would have gotten a shot of her laughing at him!

And what would a planned picture be without a bump on the head, right? When Avery Claire woke up from her nap this morning, she stood up in her bed, fell down, and bumped her head. This is precisely why it makes me nervous for her stand up in there! But she only cried a little and we didn't even notice the bump until it swelled up a little and three teeny tiny bruises popped up above her eye! Good thing the Santa photographer didn't do close-ups!
Guess what's going on at our house today?! Snow....Avery Claire missed it this morning because she slept 'til 9:00!! But it's started again. She definitely notices it and loves to watch it from the window!

Avery Claire your dress is beautiful! I'm glad you liked Santa! Jonah doesn't. He wants me to tell him what he wants for Christmas! You need to tell him that Santa was nice and that it will be ok for him to talk to him! I'm sorry you have a boo-boo! Be careful!
