Oh, those ears!!

Avery Claire has been sick again! When I picked her up from daycare Thursday, she had a fever (102.6!). So, we started giving her Tylenol/Motrin. She would cry when she swallowed, cry when she burped, cry when she coughed, etc. So, we thought she had a sore throat. Her fever was down Friday morning, but she still didn't feel good. Papa and Nana came to visit Thursday night, so they were able to keep Avery Claire at home. Mommy took a half day off and we took her to the doctor. She had a double ear infection and a very red, irritated throat. The pediatrician prescriped antibiotics for her ears and a steroid for her cough. She felt some better Friday night, and felt much better this morning! Grandmother Joann came for a visit and we went to a consignment sale and a couple of other places in Florence! It's amazing how fast babies can get sick and how fast they can get well!

Needless to say, this little girl is more spoiled than ever. All she wanted Thursday night and Friday was to be held - and no one turned her down! Papa and Nana held her all day Friday and read books (a.k.a: turned pages over and over!).

We were so thankful they came and helped out! Nana washed clothes like crazy, so Mommy might actually be caught up with her laundry! Woohoo!
