We went to the Georgia Aquarium on the 28th of July. With my computer difficulties, I'm just now getting around to getting our pictures uploaded. We took the grandmas with us, and I think a fun time was had by all! Avery Claire has been able to say fish for awhile now (in regards to Goldfish snacks), but, of course she hasn't said it once since the day we took our trip to the aquarium.
Our first stop at the aquarium was the
We weren't sure how Avery Claire would do, seeing as sitting still is really not her thing. She loved it! She even kept her 3D glasses on some of the time, but kept taking them off to try to touch what she thought was right in front of her. Some little kids had to be escorted out by their parents because they were scared by the loud noises/wind/water in the show. Not our girl. She loved every minute of it! And she enjoyed every minute of our day, too.
Avery Claire liked the really big windows that she could stand in front of and look at the attractions.
If you've seen the Jaws movie {and you've just watched Shark Week on Discovery} where the disaster happens in the underwater tunnel, you, like me, would have been a little uneasy in this tunnel!

Just for the record, my husband did pet a stingray. I know some of you are doubtful.
