Avery Claire went to daycare for the first time yesterday. Here is how Mommy found her when she went to pick her up...
She was sniffling a little bit and Ms. Teresa said she cried when she realized she wasn't in a familiar place. But she calmed down and fell asleep. We feel reassured to know that she can fall asleep and nap there!!
She was happy to wake up and see that Nana and Uncle Matt were still here!
When Daddy went to pick her up today, she'd just woken up from a nap and Ms. Teresa and Ms. Brittany said she was an angel...she just watched the other kids and fell sound asleep all by herself.

Nana is glad that Avery Claire is adjusting to her babysitter. Taking her a couple of hours at a time the first few days is a good way to help her adjust to daycare. Avery Claire, Nana wishes that she could keep you everyday while your Mommy and Daddy work! I miss you sweet girl! Nana
