Remember this favorite thing? We had a small problem with the sound monitor - it wouldn't charge. So, I called the company, gave them the model number, and they sent us a new monitor. We got an UPGRADE!! Instead of the big bulky screen, we got a flat screen! WoooHoooo! And the picture is so much clearer (not to mention bigger!).
