Our Weekend

We had a busy, busy weekend! We do, after all, have a busy, busy girl! Friday, we spent the afternoon and night playing...and playing. We love our time at home with our funny, adventurous girl!

She's got a pretty good arm!!

We've tried to keep up with the breathing treatments, which isn't hard because Avery Claire loves to do them! She likes to chew on the thing that goes in the mouth, so it works out pretty well for us. Could it be sad that she knows how to do this? We actually had to hide the machine so she wouldn't keep wanting us to turn it on! Saturday, we spent the day at home, not doing much at all (especially NOT laundry or ironing!). Saturday night, we went to Emma's 4th birthday party. We went to a place that had big slides and jump houses/tents. All of the kids had a blast. Avery Claire loved running around with the ball her Daddy won her from the "grabber" machine. Thanks, Mrs. Goodwin, for your donations to the cause! There was a little kitchen/grill set, so Avery Claire loved playing with that. I might have cringed thinking about all of the other little germy hands that previously touched all of that stuff, but I tried to just make sure that nothing went to her mouth.

Here's the birthday girl! And even though the signs warned AGAINST adults using the equipment, Daddy couldn't pass up a dare to take one turn on the slide.

Partying so hard makes a girl so tired she has to take a nap on the way home {at 8:30}, which means she went to bed at 11:00 pm!! She did sleep until almost 10:00 Sunday morning, so we didn't make church.

Daddy headed to WrestleMania with Matt-Matt Geohagan, so we headed to Decatur to meet friends. We met Kate and Chambless at 5 Guys and tried to snap a picture as we were leaving.

Then we met Abby and Mattie and did a little shopping. Here's my view as pusher of the stroller.

Now we start the countdown until spring break!! Wooohoooo!!
