I think we have a doggie lover on our hands! Remember how much Avery Claire loved the dogs on Halloween at the Goodwin's?
Well, we were ashamed that that was the first time she'd ever touched a dog!! She loves to go outside and watch Win, but we've never let her touch him...not really sure why...
So, Saturday morning we were outside watching Win play and decided to see what Avery Claire would do if we let her touch him (and we weren't sure what Win would do...he's a jumper when he gets excited!). Avery Claire got just as excited as she did at the Goodwin's, and Win liked the extra attention!
I wish I'd gotten her eyes open in this picture! She was so excited and happy to be petting Win!
We went back out later that afternoon, and Avery Claire couldn't wait to see Win. She kept reaching for him and giggled when he came close. And he took the opportunity to show out by chasing his ball and making it squeak, which made her soooo excited! She threw out her hands and smiled so big the whole time! Why, oh, why didn't we have the video camera outside with us?!

Gavin is the same way w/our two big dogs. Every day after work, we go outside and just watch them play. It's so cute!
How sweet. I would have loved to hear those giggles! I'm sure Win loved every minute!
BTW and FYI---She has petted Win before! She loved it!
I hope whoever let her pet him washed her hands REALLY WELL after she was done!
